DELIVERY POLICY

Important Information

It's possible that your order may be delayed because couriers are facing an increase in demand for mail order goods. We thank you in advance for bearing with us during these exceptional times.

All of our orders are delivered from Monday to Friday and sent by Royal Mail 24 hour trackable or First Class. 

 You will receive an email upon dispatch of your order. For your convenience, if you have chosen Royal Mail 24 hour delivery, your order will be trackable and a dispatch email will include a tracking link that will allow you to track your order.

If you are still unable to track your order please contact us, see the Contact Us section of the website for our details.

We cannot be held responsible for the delivery of the parcel should it be left with a neighbour or in a safe place.

RETURN POLICY

Our Returns Policy

We aim for perfection and want you to be happy every time you shop with us. So in the unlikely event that something goes wrong, here's what we'll do to put things right.

Damaged Items

All our parcels are carefully packed by hand at Williams & Thomas, and we go to great lengths to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. But if your order is damaged in transit, please email us up to 5 photos of the damaged goods and we will replace it.
